ADT Pulse security cameras give me peace of mind because I can check-in on my family at any given time during the day from any device whether it be my laptop or my iPhone.

I knew a carbon monoxide alarm was probably a smart thing to have, but had the ADT Rep not suggested it, I might not have gotten one. It was a blessing that spared my life.

We had an attempted break-in at our place, so I figured I had to do something and we started being a customer of ADT. We’re more comfortable now that the security system can arm us when we’re not here, and that if intruders are gonna get in, they’re gonna have to come in through the chimney. We’re satisfied with everything, so it worked out. I would tell my friends to look into ADT if they’re considering getting a security provider.

I heard a loud noise at the back of my house. Glass was shattering from the sliding door on the patio. ADT called me right away and I told them to send help because someone was in my house. It is reassuring to know that ADT and the police officers were there.

Within minutes, every carbon monoxide detector on every floor of the house was going off and ADT called me immediately. Thank goodness ADT called me after three of my alarms kept warning me to evacuate and insisted that I do so.

One of the firemen the night of the fire said, “Do you know how lucky you were tonight?”. But I like to look at it as, we weren’t lucky we were protected (by ADT).

We have remodeled with the service and all those issues, random alarms have sounded while on vacation and they promptly call. This service was recommended through our insurance company, thus the reason we chose it. They are on the ball.

We have had ADT for at least 18 years. The reps have called when the alarm has gone off. We have been very happy with ADT. Every time we have called them for an update with our system or anything else, they have been fine. The techs we got have also been fine and they have been professional.
